Not only is this item gorgeous and such beautiful leather. The engraving is beautifully done as well. But on top of that, the customer service provided was amazing. My package was lost by usps due to me moving during the shipping process. USPS couldn’t do anything as it was accepted by another address. So they sent me a whole new one without charging me and made sure I got the tracking information so I could keep an eye on it. It fits my Amazon fire tablet perfectly and it’s so well made. Definitely will buy from them again 🤗
