Just got an email saying they “fulfilled [my] order 35 days ago.” Too bad that’s totally false. It’s been that long and I haven’t received anything other than an increase in my credit card balance. I get that delivery is slow during the pandemic - just don’t send me a review request when I haven’t even seen the product. I’ll bet the product will be great when it gets here, but right now it sucks.
