Overall, a very nice product. High-quality leather, solid stitching, fits the 1917 near perfectly. The pen slot is easily removable if needed (as it is in my case, as I failed to account for the fact that I stack other journals on top of my commonplace book). Seller is communicative, given the time difference. Be prepared for slow shipping given the geographic differences, but that's not the seller's fault. Also be prepared for the leather finish to not match the pictures, as I should have been. Leather is unique and mine ended up being a very light brown versus the dark brown shown in the photos. It's not what I'd prefer, but it still looks nice and the craftsmanship remains top-notch. I searched far and wide for a product like this and other than waiting nearly a month for it to arrive, I'm quite happy with it.

This was an exceptionally well-crafted cover. I can't praise it enough. It is stitched very well, my Leuchtturm1917 fit perfectly in it without any worries. The etching on front was superb. It has a slightly rough texture that really stands out well against the leather. The pen holder strap is great quality too, I don't see it breaking anytime soon. Well done overall.
