Leather sewing machines commonly use the "lock stitch" , If just one loop of a lock stitch is broken, the other side will automatically be loosened, often this process of unraveling will continue until the entire product is ruined. for hand stitched leather product, it will not unravel if one stitch is broken because of its special construction from saddle stitch that only is achieved by hand!
Though slower, hand sewing is superior to machine sewing. It is the best way to sew leather together,the hand stitched leather product will be more durable and stand the test of time !!

Thank you DM Leather Studio very much for the leather case, it has arrived today! I am truly astonished by the material and quality of craftsmanship! This is such a great case! The device fits really snug and well, almost no space to wiggle. The stitches are awesome! Handmade really makes a lot of difference, as it is described on your website. I also really appreciate the pocket on the left and the landscape stand position. One thing to change maybe - on Onyx Boox Nova 3 case there is a cut hole for the top right corner piece. Nova 3 button is closed to the middle, so that this cut hole is misaligned. I think it would be OK without this cut hole too.
I bought the case for my Max Lumi 2. The case is very nice. It is exactly what I was looking for. It's way better than the case that came from Boox. The leather feels really good. There's also different angles I can tilt my Max Lumi 2 to view or write on. When writing, I like to tilt the case so I'm writing at like a 5-10 degree angle (see attached picture). When viewing, I can tilt the case so I can view from like a 45-90 degree angle. The leather case grips the Lumi snugly. I'm not concerned the Lumi will fall out of the case. This case is not overly snug like the case that came from Boox. Consequently, I can easily press the buttons on the side of the Lumi. The seller shipped the item very fast. I'm very happy with my purchase and 100% recommend this item and this seller.
