i purchased this item before as a gift and was very happy with the free personalization so i decided to buy one for myself but was informed after it shipped they did not personalize due to it being the larger desk pad… which is confusing sine they did the last one and it was the same size.
In the end i have it and it’s nice but a bit disappointed…
