i purchased this item before as a gift and was very happy with the free personalization so i decided to buy one for myself but was informed after it shipped they did not personalize due to it being the larger desk pad… which is confusing sine they did the last one and it was the same size.
In the end i have it and it’s nice but a bit disappointed…
Second product I buy from here and I was not disappointed. The quality is just grade A. Thank you for the craftsmanship, it is an elegant piece. My workspace has been upgraded by adding this to my desk.

I received exactly what i expected, no problem for me, the dark brown has some reddish tones, very nice
