The 4.5x3.25 notebook cover is made from really good, matte leather, which looks great (as per the photo) and feels reassuringly tough to the touch.

Excellent craftsmanship. Because it's functional use is to slide in and out of a pocket maybe it could be offered also in a thinner leather. Good job.
