I could not be more impressed with this item. I ordered it as a gift and hadn’t realized I could have names and a picture added. After completing my order and getting the email saying it was ready to be shipped, I wrote to the owner and asked to order another to have names and picture added: he didn’t even hesitate in saying they’d just pull mine from the mail and add the names and picture to it so I didn’t have to order again. No additional charge. It is beautiful leather and fits our passports perfectly. I can not recommend DMleatherstudio
